Joystick Parts
Does anybody know of any good places to get joystick shells? (Not joysticks or the buttons, but the casing for the joystick itself). And also does anybody know of any places like happcontrols that is local to Austin? I’m thinking about building another joystick and happcontrols seems to have almost everything except for the shell and the encoder board. (I’m just going to rip the encoder board out of my old DC controller since it’s on it’s way out.)

Think we got an idea for what to do this Friday… $3 entry, 2 goes to the regular tourney pot and 1 goes to a low tier tourney pot, that should make everyone interested in at least trying since there’s a few people that like using low tiers. Shouldn’t be a problem since there’ll be at least 2 tvs if not 3. No casuals during the stuff if only 2 tvs though but Justin said he thinks he’d have 3.
Btw how many sticks you pflugerville guys gonna be bringing?

Just the top 2 lists + WM I think should be fine… I’d say no tron/cap/psy either but people whined (JUSTIN) so just leave them it’s not that big of a deal anyways.

the main reason people say not to use these charecters is because of the assists they have, i dont need to pick there assist its just that cap, tron, psy are a few of the low tiers that i actually know how to play with but its whatever majority wins… and yea no war machine, tim will just infinite that shit all day j/k i dont care but it is going to be gay to watch tim do the same shit in the low tier tournie that he would in the other one heh, but that’s skills

rushing down wont be so bad without mag and stormy. so the assists can probably be avoided by patience. i dunno but leave the assist top tiers in.
what im about to say isnt just because of jakes cyc but cyc is good alot of people consider him to be the 5th best charector, everyone says its pretty much up against him and iron man, hes good even if u cant do the advanced stuff that jake does
