All I know is that I was sucking the last time we played, but we have always had good players in Austin, just lately no good place to play, but I think we finally have a good place now. But I am willing to give some peeps rides to pflugerville and am also willing to go to Justin’s. Doesn’t matter to me I just want to play as many people as possible. So everyone that wants to play some Mvc2 lets go ahead.

So as an alternative Im also suggesting maybe organzing a tournie for the hell of it not for money just to play something organzied. Im thinking this friday we can have somewhere between 15-18 people come to play, there where a few people that didnt show up last time but yea anways post input on this tournie idea let me know what yall think
And yea i know this seems crazy with the crampt space but i am going to try and hook up three tv’s this time, so if we have tournie we can still leave on a tv for casuals and two for tournie or have all three for tournie…but yea i know everyone is thinking it wont fit but im going to totally move the apartment around and im pretty sure it will be more room than last time even with the three tvs.

I’ll do my best to free up my weekend. I don’t want to say I’ll go to the tournament and not be able to show up and screw everybody else by making them pay more. An informal tournament (no buy-in) sounds like a good idea. Casual matches do sound good, as does more TVs.
Does anybody know if Le Fun fixed either of their machines? Oh yeah, don’t forget that if you play somebody new at the arcade tell them about our little weekend deals, see if they want to go. Who knows, maybe if we get big enough we could afford to rent out a bigger room or building somewhere for a night and hook up a lot more TVs and have everybody in a game at all times.
5 dollar entry is too much will scare people off. Gotta make it like 2 bucks so people will enter for the hell of it, more fun that way. Was fun last saturday though hope we can keep it goin. They should open up the lancave again they say they were lucky to have 2 people show up and we’re gettin double digit numbers but eh whatever I guess, as long as there’s a place to play.

well yea im totally up for smaller amounts of money i do think alot more people will enter then also, but i do think itll be fun if we just have a tournie no money involved but either way works for me.
If it is the smaller amount of money i think itd be best if pot isnt split at all or only given to the top 2 places, cause shit there wont be much to split, first should just take it all…but thats just my opinion, i know other people that might actually place in top 3 might feel differently but whatever, let me know what should happen…that will prolly by decided the nite of

hey, i was just thinkin that we should maybe set up some rules, like for instance, pausing the game during infinites should get like a disqualification or somethin. also with the rematches, there should be a real set limit on rematches or somethin, and no banning me from rematches anymore :tdown: :lame:
