…because Street Fighter III really did use the CPS3 board, but it wasn’t the first game to use the board. Instead Warzard (aka Red Earth) used the board and then Street Fighter III (as well as JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure). The game actually did launch between September 1998 in Japan and March 1999 USA (it hit Japanese arcades in September of 1998).:rolleyes:
