Ya since XI is coming out in the US soon I was wonder… what in the world makes gato and kula s tier anyway? I’ve watched a few vids and maybe they were bad players but I just don’t understand what puts them so far ahead of everyone else.
If you couldn’t tell, then yeah, they were fucking horrible players.
Kula is just really solid overall and has good damage.
Gato is absurd, has advantage on just about everything, really good mixup options, hurts like a motherfucker, and has a safe easy guardbreaker via his LDM (which guardbreaks before the part of it that uses meter). Also, HH D.
it does take 2 meter at the first part, but there is no flash until the 3rd part. His LDM is fast too and insanely easy to combo. Gato can also build meter really fast.
Kula is invincible during her LDM.
Mizuki…let me get back from my business trips to Lubbock, El Paso, Mexico and then I will be glad to assist you. I believe I posted up SOME Rimururu stuff but I can certainly elaborate on her fully when I get back. Remind me when I get back next Wednesday.
Kula is supremely sold Torn Apart…I start with her on my tournament team now…ALWAYS…
I play her very very differently now since going to Mexico…I understand even further now why she is top tier…
his LDM the same as the KOF 2003 one i’m assuming then…
not that i play 2003 lol but I kinda did when the roms came out a few years ago

It bugs me a LOT how high above the others these two are. Gato especially just gets on my nerves. All I need to do is make let in one blocked, BLOCKED, combo, and I’m eating damage due to his ridiculous gaurdbreak. Kula’s invincibility also renders her LDM safe. I’ve missed count of how many times my usual opponent missed the LDM only for me to not be able to counter. At least the other higher tier characters (Oswald without the banned stuff,Eiji,Clark,etc.), while awesome, can still be figured out…end rant Oh,well, until I learn to use Ash’s LDM properly, I’ll have to stick to the only one I know how to use (Terry’s).
Just a quick question here, does anyone else think Kula and Gato will turn fans away from picking this game up. Also, whos worse…Chun and ken in 3s or gato and kula.
