apparently Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and World Heroes are going to be released on Wii’s Virtual Console later this month for 900 Wii points.
I still can’t reserve KOFXI or NGBC at GS/EB.
I’m getting worried I won’t be able to get copies.

thats probably your best bet. I would get the KoFXI/NGBC deal. Its only $30.
GS/EB takes a grip for fighting game reserves to make it into the pre-order system. If it ain’t DAT HALO or DAT MADDEN, you have to wait until a few months before tha game is released. I couldn’t reserve AC until like a month before it was released. Trust me, you will be able to reserve the games eventually. EB doesn’t let ONE pre-order opprotunity pass them by.

wow, the KoFXI/NGBC combo deal is the same price as Accent Core. So the cost 2 original games = one updated game. Yea, i’d say the deal is a steal.:wgrin:

Holy crap XI and NGBC for $30 with free shipping? I love SNK and Amazon. I wouldn’t hold your breath for reserves are Gamestop, I went there last week for a copy of GGAC and asked them when they’ll be getting copies of KoFXI. They said they never heard of it, and when I asked for a copy of the PS2 soon to be released games neither it nor NGBC was on it. I think it might be an AoF/FF thing all over again.
Great vids so far DG, they always get me pumped to play these games. Now all I need is the World Heroes collection and I’d be a happy boy.
Does anyone know if there are any changes to the XI and NGBC ports?
Also I just noticed Lei or Lee from AoF is in NGBC, since I don’t see any tourney play does that mean he sucks or hasn’t been used extensively? Guy always whupped up on me in AoF.

When I left Gamestop/EB, the policy had changed to if a game is under $20, then it won’t be on the reserve list. Which is probably also why the employees had no clue about it.

dude, alex, im serious when i say this, lee is THAT good, theres some stuff that i found out thats nuts, if he gets his grab off it stuffs ANYONES DP cept washizukas super… i think. and half life off of a low jab??? nuts. but its hard to execute all the time. i had a hard time executing at evo, but since i found out that execution is that big of a factor, ive been practicing it so hardcore…
Lee is really good, I played joey at evo, the grab resets are impossible to escape I tried dping out, I think the only thing that got me out was like a super grab… crazy shit, lee is really great rush down its just he also can get rushed down really hard and it’s hard to get people off you.
Luigi- Yes Marco and Tung are very very good. Vanessa is not in NGBC…maybe hope for NGBC2 no?
Yes Lee is good…JAP style is is just nuts…has some very good sutff that people need to se about…you’ll even see Joey get some of it on Mago coming up in the EVO World vids…
