Most of the negatives with SNK at the moment come from the fact the Uwe Boll of Japan is in charge of some things over there.
Well, I thought Falcoon moved on to the 3D KOF because that guy Nona seemed like he would be in charge of XII. And what exactly do people hate falcoon for? Is it just the way he interpreted the regular KOF characters?
That’s a lot of it. Also the fact that his character designs are considered by many to be god-awful.

I don’t think Frame Data is available for KOF XI.
All I know is that the window for breaking w/ Terry in KOF XI is significantly shorter than in Garou and KOF 2003.
How does Andy counter Kim in like…any game?
98 he does pretty well, Kim was still balanced in that, and Andy can do a decent job keeping Kim out. Andy’s Genei keeps Kim honest on the air defense front, and Andy’s combos in 98 generally are as damaging. Groundgame wise they both aren’t that great in 98. It’s more of an even match then a whitewash, then again you don’t need specific anti-Kim like you do post-Eolith nationalistic scrubbifying of Kim.
That’s one more reason I look forward to the new sprites of XII. They can fix the mistakes of the NESTS era. They scrubbified a lot of normals post-98. It’s almost as bad as the ST-SFA1 change.
