I’m not sure I like the dead body being in the picture even though I’m not affected by it, but beggars can’t be choosers. Well, they can, but in this case I don’t care enough to actually complain.
Well this pushes it more towards “anti-government/probably white-supremacist group”, but I can’t be sure without looking into the guy–insert joke here about him now being full of holes–more, which isn’t something I want to do for various reasons. If that’s true, this reminds me of the Xerox murders/mass shooting incident here in Hawaii in 98 or 99. Byran Uyseugi feared that he was about to lose his job so he returned to work one day and shot the place up killing multiple (seven?) people.

How long did it take the news networks to blame it on possible right-wing groups? Have they done that yet? I just got home and found out about this mess.
(Ah, damn it. I’m usually so good at not getting trolled, especially by 4chan. Then again, maybe that’s because I try to wait for “breaking news” to stop since most of ends up being bullshit.)
So, if the above is true, then the work place shooting thing would most likely be the case then, like I originally thought was the case. I can’t say I’m surprised and yet, at the time, I’m not sure whether that would be the worst case scenario or not, especially since it would just allow people to go back to continue being desensitized to these things and gun violence, myself included. At least with international terrorism there’s some not entirely vague motivation on our part to actually attempt to do something about ending it.

Also, “wow” at Wyoming and presumably Hawaii being the only states to have no such shootings since just December 2012. It’s less that I’m astounded that there’s been that many shootings than that Wyoming is sole mainland state to have avoided having one rather than Montana or one of the Dakotas. There’s some severe clustering on the East Coast though, especially the South East. Ares Christ.
I haven’t “watched” any on TV but all I have read they haven’t yet, they are really lost on what is going on. It’s really early, they’ll figure it out.
All in all this is a tragic event and condolence to the families of the dead ones & my prayers are with the ones who are injured and hopefully make a speedy recovery.
And now I turn my attention to gun control:

More seriously, too many people probably have that on stand-by with the way people are in this country, anger issue-wise and paranoia-about-government-wise.
Sadly, though, it would be rather “refreshing” if the main shooter in a mass shooting was a woman for once instead of stereotypical disgruntled white guy. I bet she’d get off on most serious charges too if she got taken in alive, especially if both accomplices were male; she’d probably even get a Lifetime movie deal out of it about how the people she shot wronged her.
