Any chance of a custom TE left-six button plexi without the guide area cut out? I.e. the plexi covers the guide box panel? I’m using one of Toodles’ UPCBs and the guide box area is rendered completely useless, so I intend to cover over it.
I’d probably have to order a couple more normal plexis as well, just to make the cost of shipping to NZ worthwhile… O_o

i got art’s laser cut art today and wow it’s perfect. buttons install so much easier without extra paper getting in the way and the plexi sits a lot more flush around the turbo box with the art cut to size.
I put my order yesterday… I can’t wait to get it and put it on the TE.
Hopefully it won’t be too long, I know it’ll be about 3 weeks at least, because i’m from Aus, so it won’t ship till next Friday (give or take), then another couple of weeks shipping/customs)

That’s odd. I’m pretty sure I replied back to you. Check your junk mail? I’ll dbl check if I got any delivery failures. I did notice when trying to send email to SBC users, I occasionally get failures, but I don’t think yours was sbcglobal.
But anyway, I did get your art and I responded that it should work fine with the buttons and labeling. In fact I’ve already printed out your art yesterday and have double checked that it’s fine. Should be cutting and shipping yours soon =)
Cool, what artwork you gonna use to match the buttons? Or do you have other colors waiting to be installed?
Thanks! No problem if you don’t want the guide area. Just add that to the Special Notes section in the cart. And make sure that the guide area is also taken out before you apply the plexi otherwise it will get in the way.

Should be sooner. My GF is helping out so her and I made tons of covers today and will do more tomorrow. Just need to finish flame polishing and adding the coat of polish to a lot of them. So I’m aiming to ship things out left and right very soon. I think you have art submitted too, and I will download it shortly. If all goes well, should ship early next week =)

I’ve got more buttons/balltops coming in from Akihabara so I got a few ideas to play around. I might keep it kind of clean with monotone buttons/balltop and a minimal SF4 background or a orange+green theme for a Blanka background.
I will make sure to share the result when I am done

If anyone has ordered a 6 button TE plexi and wants an 8 button plexi I have a brand new still wrapped 8 button one I ordered from arthong that I would like to trade for a 6 button one.
I just finished my dual wireless 360 and ps3 mod on the TE ( will post pics soon) and I personally just cant stand the 8 button layout. Having the extra two buttons on the right when I am playing doesn’t work for me. I tried to get used to it but it sucks to me. So if anyone wants to trade their new 6 button for my new 8 button let me know.
Art, you are by far a pro when it comes to making the plexi not only have a professional look to it, but also such a nice feel. Just got my plexi and art today and I must say that I’m incredibly impressed with the packaging (damn fine job I must say) and how the art was cut to precision. I look forward to doing business with you again Art, keep up the great work, and continue to be an asset to us all! =)

How long does it usually take to get an email about having your art printed and cut? I got my paypal receipt, but no instructions for getting my art to be printed and cut with my plexi. Thanks for answers!!
