I had always assumed that the TE stick had plexiglass. What holds the art in by default?

some adhesive…the original art is like acrylic that’s glossy. You can just peel it off, but you need to get through the buttons and joystick first lol. I’m having a hard time for some reason.
The art is double stick tape, just peel it off. Mine is intact after the removal and I also removed a bit more of it from the plate before putting my art in.

Nice looking art everyone is putting on! I’m going to definitely do mine when I mod my stick.
ok finally got to it…i found a tool that looked like it was for prying things, so i grabbed that and I finally was able to put on my artwork. It fits perfectly. Thanks to MIVLives for the art and thanks to Art for cutting and creating the plexi for my TE. Great job!!!

yeah i noticed that, but it was already to late. Imma do a reprint later. Cause when I sent in the art, the guy didn’t edit it yet so i said to myself, might as well just go with this.
Theres a new one for MIVLIVES that has charlie removed and button icons for the ps3 and xbox. kinda cool
yeah i’m going to try and print that and some other ones he made… man i need to to buy a lot of buttons and joystick ball tops to match every theme lol.
Finally got my Plexiglass from Arthong so remodded my HRAP3 and modded my TE
desgined the artwork,
1st one is Naoto from the manga (soon to be anime) Dogs
2nd is Miya from the manga/anime Sekirei

Seriously these look great, but for some reason they appear to have a matte finish.
For example that picture of Akuma looks awesome, but I thought it would look more glossy and have a more saturated look than it does, it appears to look matte and slightly faded. Is that just the picture or is that how it looks?
My thinking is when you compare a glossy to a matte LCD screen, the glossy usually looks more vibrant. Do these pictures look vibrant and glossy in person?

It is glossy. It’s just my rooms poor lighting and having to use flash on the camera.
Ok thanks, I’ll bite then. I just wish it was easier to swap the art somehow. Oh well.
