Hey there,
I am looking for someone who can make me a MVS style picture I can put on my Control Panel Instruction slot on my Sega Astro City Panel.
I am wanting a Neo Turf Masters style list that will fill up the whole section.
I want the art from the mini marquee on there:

as well as the “How to Play” section from here.
Is this something doable? I have zero Photoshop skills and I was just wondering if someone could piece that together for me.
