Hela late but they really don’t have to do much to improve Flash’s villians, the rogues are some of the strongest villians Story and personality wise IMO and would fit TV pretty well with their goals.
they were only strong after the geoff johns reboot aka we made everyone a batman type villain.
Current flash run has a except rogue gallery again. All of them are good enough to easily carry the show with Barry…I just hope they use the new 52 looks cause they appear more slick and modern.
Also why doesn’t DC also get a nightwing series too…if they play their cards right we could see a true birds of prey series.

Ok not to derail this argument but its been awhile what was the relevance of the purple Jay Garrick in the final run/story arc of impulse? I remember it being evil and needing to being stopped but its been forever and I don’t really keep up with flash or superman so i can’t recall. Also I miss old jay with his WWI helmet on. 
Jay has his helmet back in the new 52 earth 2…he also happens to be the best character in that series.

Yeah isn’t his power now derived from a god or something? I don’t think it was speed force or a new god but I thought oh shit thats new when he got it. But I really miss the JSA being more masked avenger status. rebooting them I guess needed to happen but wild cat being the angry over the hill boxing world champ was always great. No powers just good old fist action. Kinda wish he made it into injustice out of all of the JSA.
