New 52 flash has a great balance between his personal life and his super hero stuff. It isnât like this is some Saturday morning cartoon that needs over the top stories and characters per episode, they could do what Matt fraction did with the hawkeye comics and just make the series mainly a character driven narrative with occasional big events.
People think cause its a super hero that suddenly it has to be all power villains, saving the world and all that businessâŚBarry is a cop first and they could just as easily explore his personal side like the arrow tv show did.

Wally hasnât been around for awhile and the fans are fine with it. Barry is just as good as Wally the new 52 series proves it. The only reason people like Wally is cause of the JLA cartoon and while he was good in itâŚBarry is just as good.
Plus Barry was always able to utilize the speed force better then Wally anyways so we could see more cool effects with Barry.

Speedforce, the greater extension of speedsters, the Rogues getting a new lease on life and a Zoom that didnât suck all came over Wally. Everything that makes the modern Flash great all occured on Wally. Barry was only good for one thing and thatâs dying in COIE.
