You know after a horrible season I do think felicity saying to Oliver that she isn’t going anywhere is the best way to handle the season finale. It lets people who aren’t tumblr fangirls know not to tune into the next season.
So, what happened to Damian’s kid…?
On a side note, Felicity reminds me of this girl at work. She’s pretty much a brown, shorter version of Felicity. They have the same glasses, and she keeps her hair tied in a ponytail.
It apparently at some point got hit by a mac truck only on her face. That little benjamin buttons looking motherfucker. His daughter scared the shit out of me yesterday. I guess i never looked at that lil bitch before the finale.
I feel there was less ass pull in this season finale than the Flash one.
Why the fuck is Diggle leaving his family? I can understand hanging up the magneto hemlet and leaving the city to get yourself together but leaving the family? Something wrong with him.
Damian’s kid turned into a orphan left in a sewer to be brought up by a ninja turtles or something.
She can be next season’s villain. We have no idea who this work colleague of yours is so we’re just going to have to take you word for it.

Some things I caught:
In the very beginning when Damian had Oliver in his magic grab and Speedy (forgetting her name) was threatening his daughter, why didn’t Damian just use his other hand and freeze her up just like Oliver?
The speech where he jumped on a car and somehow everyone heard his shouting and quieted down was terrible.
The people playing dead made me laugh.
A big problem I had was when it was Oliver and the Town Vs. Damian and the Guards and for some reason Damian and the Guards decided to fucking run at the people instead of using their magic and guns from long range. THEY LITERALLY RAN INTO THE FIGHT WHILE HOLDING GUNS.
Damian: “Give me back my daughter so I can kill her myself!”
Diggle decided that abandoning his family is a good thing.
There was other shit but I can’t be bothered to scrub through the episode.
I’m writing this after what’s under it, but I realize it would only work for one season.
I’m really pissed that two world ending events were happening at the same time. What the writers need to do is have some big crossover where they establish that they [The main characters of each show] will handle their city and only their city UNLESS the world is in danger. From there the writers need to make villains who only do shit on small scales and it happens to take place in X’s city. It could even be set up where all these villains from the different shows are revealed to work under one big villain who wants to do some world level shit, and the latter half of the season can be how that one person is fucking over all of their separate towns (which would explain them not having constant crossovers). There would be a 4-way crossover (assuming Supergirl is a thing here) where everything is super shitty and they have to come together blah blah blah, which would be the 2nd to last episode for every show, then the finale is them fixing their shit.
I took a break halfway through typing this to get something so I probably forgot to put something in there. If it makes no sense, sorry.
The Arrow finale was so shitty that the Arrow subreddit turned into a Daredevil subreddit as protest.
Well hopefully when the next season comes around they don’t go back. Daredevil deserves an extra subreddit more than Arrow deserves one.
I feel bad for Stephen Amell, he deserves better than this dreck. Then again, he also chose to be in a Michael Bay movie so…
I really appreciate the passion and dedication from the arrow Reddit. In truth it’s hard to deny any of the complaints they’ve made. It isn’t just them either I’ve seen several reviewers and communities comment on how bad the show is. Stephen is gonna have to ride this heat for quite awhile which is unfortunate cause he seems like a cool guy and I loved his work in season 1&2.

I do feel the fights went to shit this season compared to the last three. They deserve recognition for those seasons. I wouldn’t give them an Emmy for anything of fights from this season.

**The only props i give to is speedys double. Speedy has had great choreography for two seasons now. But other than that 7 times out of 10, it was fucking horrible as fuck. Especially considering into the badlands had EXQUISITE FIGHT CHOREOGRAPHY. EXQUISITE.

You do realize they are given specific parameters right? If the director wants then to look like idiots… Stunt team has no say at all. They also have no say in hoe a fight is edited. They could have a really thought out and we’ll designed fight and the director decides he wants 20 fucking angles of a round kick and ruins it.

Marvel doesnt really do it how she thinks they do. All the netflix shows reference the MCU, theyre not fucking in it on the big screen at all, and likely wont be anytime soon. Agents of shield has literally one crossover character who was killed in the movies, and magically brought back on the show.
What the fuck are you talking about. I know what WB did. So what. TV doesnt own shit. The arrow has sucked for 2 seasons now, and its ratings show. It barely gets half of the flashes ratings. The flash is owning right now, but compared to what. The DC universe literally just kicked off with man of steel. It has two movies under its belt.
I i did forget about 3 irrelevant characters, on an extremely mediocre show. One character of which isnt even in the MCU anymore cause who needs him. Looking at you fury. My point still stands, that MCU is given nods on the show, and not vice versa so far. Its highly unlikely those two things will meld anytime soon. Especially when the movies can use the opportunity to shed light on other heroes, rather than pull up their tv show heroes.
Anyways, yeah, she has zero right to be mad. The flash is the flash, period. Grant isnt going to make any difference if he isnt in justice league, and hes not. The flash had 1 season under its belt before they announced ezra as the flash. 1 FUCKING SEASON ROCK. Grant DESERVES the role as the flash in the movies because he did 1 fucking season???

Arrow could have it’s Suicide Squad and not affect the film whatsoever as Arrow is not within the same continuity as the movies. Arrow’s Suicide Squad didn’t even feature the same characters as the movie Squad. Only Deadshot and possibly Harley being the characters being shared. Don’t you dare being up that confusing the audience bullshit as they wouldn’t have cast a different actor for the movie Flash if audience confusion was a concern for them.

Hawkingbird nailed it. DC touts that their move and TV universes are separate. However, particularly in Arrow’s case, they’ve placed to demands on their TV series that adversely effect the show. Whats the point of having separate universes if the movie universe can dictate what happens on the TV universe.
