LOL, the arrow and flash had both their comeback episodes be hella suspending disbelief more than normal. Cops just watched as two guys with cold and hot guns destroyed a city block while fighting with the flash (also, episode was boring in general). Now oliver somehow survived getting stabbed in the lung, plummeting hundreds of feet to finally resting on a small ledge in well below freezing temperatures, and then dragged all the way to some secret location in said temperature.
I know the arrow is taking the nolan route of not involving too much comicky shit, but damn.There is suspending disbelief, and cmon son.
The arrow and flash get a big ole cmon son after waiting all this time for them to come back. I cant wait for arrow to be healed so i can forget this whole ordeal of magically defying death by very normal means.
Also, i hope this even makes red arrow and durgle step their games up. They really got exposed without oliver around. I like how my man snapped on felicity real quick, like hold up now bitch, we kissed, but that doesnt mean you can speak for my dead wife.

The only suspension of disbelief was what you mentioned, somehow him resting on that ledge with minimal external damage. But that’s not much suspension.

The Nolan approach just isn’t a good fit for super hero comics. I can get behind trying to present certain ideas and characters in a more mature and sophisticated setting, but this desperate attempt at realism just erodes all the fun and flavour. I would have preferred the pit being used over whatever nonsensical "scientific"explanation they will probably use.
