Despite my bro and I being a couple of the hardest core AC fans, we haven’t gotten around to getting this yet.
I will be really sad if I get this game only to have nobody to play with.
There’s still people on it, but it’s not very accessible unless you have a team. Lots of mercenary jobs you can do for other teams or players doing Order Missions or Campaign on Co-op, hard to get team games going with randoms because they’re scared of the established teams controlling the territories…it’s kind of sideways offshoot of ChromeHounds online.

Do Tanks still suck? They were top tier in the PSone games, but in the PS2 games they became crappy. How are they in ACV?
