It’s Panda’s league so I’ll let him give you the full details but basically…
He’ll put you in some random league and give you an opponent. You’ll have ~1 week to get a 2/3 2/3 match with that opponent and post the results to him so he can update the website.

You pretty much have to look at your matches on your own. You can view your next match at www.arfgn.com/league under the dropbox ‘‘Rankings and Matchmaking’’. You may receive a message on XBL from your opponent about playing your match, but I’d always check so you know who you play.
I updated the original post to give a general explanation on how all of this works if you want to take a look. You will be added to the next available division, which is the ‘‘Amateur’’ Division. I’m waiting on enough registrant to fill up so I can start it. Just keep checking back on the website and I’ll have the Division updated as soon as I get enough entrants for it. This is only day 2 so it’s very fresh! lol
