I’ve been waiting to see Guy, Rolento, and R. Mika. I really really liked the character of Guy … he just looks so cool and i thought that the Triad gang would have been the perfect place for him. Rolento i know was in that Cheap Shots but i would like to see him in the story line or a back story. Like Rolento was a candidate for Delta Red at one point but was turned down. I think i heard people talking about R. Mika in Rival Schools … i wouldn’t mind missing her in SF if i saw her in RS.
I just wanna see every SF character from Alpha 3 make it to the comic before you get into SF2 story line. I love what you do … but i really have been waiting for Guy and Gen since issue 1. Gen, I am very pleased with. Guy, i’m still hoping.
Well alot of the characters added to SFA3 were just the SF2 chars, and none of them really served much purpose to the storyline, they were only there as filler, notably Fei Long, T.Hawk, Dee Jay, Balrog, etc, etc. The only SF2 chars that were added to SFA3 that had an impact on the story or an advancement in their own story, were Blanka, Vega, Guile, and Cammy.
Well there’s really no reason to have SF1 chars like Joe to in the comic. I mean there’s a reason Capcom never used those chars again, and a reason why UDON didnt use them on the cover for SF#1 with all the chars.
Or they could just use them as the “Kenny’s” of Street fighter. [south park’s kenny] That ninja that gen killed looked alot like geki. [issue 10] :encore:

Yeah, I wouldn’t mind a little more info on Retsu. Is it cannon that he’s strong? Did capcom say it? Or is Retsu one big rumor? Maybe the udon comics could clear this up! [That was Retsu in issue 6 right? fighting kid ryu in the flash back?Then he got his ass handed to him by the dark hado!]
Putting mike would be pointless since he’s Balrog [boxer] So his his name Mike Balrog?
They should remake SF 1 for the Game boy advance. Like they did with Final Fight one. :tup:

I think you need a bit of an explanation… but I don’t blame you, this issue is one in which Capcom almost seems to be confusing on purpose.
Mike -is- the boxer character from SF2, whatever you decide to call him.
Originally, when SF2 was made in Japan, the boxer character was named M. Bison… an obvious pun on Mike Tyson. The red and silver-clad psycho with dreams of world domination was named Vega. And the narcissistic Spanish ninja was named Balrog.
This presented a problem when SF2 was brought to the US. As was stated, Capcom of America wanted to avoid potential lawsuits. So, rather than simply changing M. Bison’s name to something new, they decided to be as confusing as possible and play name roulette. Boxer becomes Balrog, clawed pretty boy becomes Vega, and armored evil lord becomes M. Bison. These names stuck in every Capcom of America production since.
Was Lee metioned at all in the SF Udon comic? He’s really Yun and Yang’s Father right?
