So I’m going down to Portland for the weekend and was wondering where to go in Portland for some ST or SF4 (which I need to try out!!).

As far as I know, no Portland arcade has SFIV. Seeing as you’re from WA, there’s already Narrows and Gameworks Seattle for SFIV.
Yeah… if you’re in Washington you’re closer to SF4 than anyone in Portland.
As for Super Turbo, you can play it at Ground Kontrol. If you’re in the airport area, you should be able to take the MAX to downtown. There won’t always be people playing it at GK, but I’ll be there on Saturday at least.
