I live in Kuwait, and theres only one arcade that has 3s that I know of. It’s called White Tower, I guess. Near Marina Mall.
Are there any other arcades with better or worse players? Or even other arcades in the middle east?

I use to live in the UAE about 10 years ago. There used to be a lot of arcades there but most people played Daytona. I do remember getting schooled a cracked up version of SF2. Blanca teleported and electrocuted me, 100% Damage… I died in one second… wtf… Another ryu filled the entire screen with hadoukens… those are some crazy memories…
