I’m actually having a similar problem to michalcoughlin’s. Newegg only has the PS3 TE listed, khitown mentioned above that he bought the last 360 TE at the EB Games in Windsor’s Devonshire Mall, and no other EB Games anywhere near me gets nearly enough business to even consider stocking specialty items like sticks.
Ncix is a good idea that I hadn’t tried though - so thanks for that :), I’ll take a look and see what I can find.
Edit - just checked Ncix and the 360 TE is “available but currently we do not have stock”. That’s good news for sure, but there’s no indication of how long it will take for them to be re-stocked.
Edit2 - A second search on Newegg yielded that they do in fact have the 360 TE stick… making the fact that it didn’t show the first time I searched a little bizarre, oh well - all is well in the universe now.

I think my xbox TE came out to less than that. I ordered it directly from the Capcom store and I received it in less than seven days.
I just bought a brand new TE stick (PS3) for 86 GBP. Not bad considering they were 150 at release in the UK. 
Do any of the Xbox or PS3 SE/TE sticks work with the PC, Windows 7?
