Ordered one this morning, but I’m not sure if they are in stock. Still waiting on a notice, but it’s the lowest price I saw so far.
Trick is when you look it up, it’ll say $199.99. Click on the “3 used and new” link and it’ll list buy.com as selling them for 149.99. It’s not an error to my knowledge as I went through paypal and paid that price. Hope this helps.
The in process status lasted from about 5:30ish when I placed the order till about 8-9 the same night. Since their website says that shipments can be processed till 7pm eastern that is probably when FedEx comes to pick up orders and when they will update your status and give you a tracking number. that seems to be what they did with mine.

I ordered a TE 360 stick from FRYS at 2:40 AM today. I couldn’t tell if it was in stock or not. Then I got an e-mail this morning saying that my order was acknowledged. I checked my shipping status and saw that the stick was shipped today.
Assuming my order was shipped around the time I got the email, it would mean that shipping took place around 7 hours later. It might be shorter since I wasn’t exactly checking my shipping status constantly and that my order was waiting to be processed through the night so I might have gotten priority.
I lucked out deciding to check to see if FRYS had any TE sticks in stock after stalking buy.com for the last few days.
Mine just changed to shipped just now, I probably got one of the last, if not THE last, considering the time of my order.
My stick finally got shipped around 3 today, I am glad just to get my hands on one of these sticks for normal retail.
Just letting you know. Fry’s Electronics in Burbank, CA has 4 PS3 TE sticks in stock as of today.
