Hi im looking for good arcade stick that can be used for PS4 and PC plz tell me whats good one

i was told madcatz ultra street fighter stick can be used for ps3 and ps4 and PC is this true?

i’m willing to spend around 200 dollars
i’m from Australia if u can tell me good web site get it
also is it worth playing street fighter online? would it be to laggy if im from Australia ? is net code for me is good?
