Double elimination tournament
2 out of 3 games per match
3 out of 5 games grand finals

Street Fighter X Tekken (X360)
Double Elimination
2 out of 3 games per match
3 out of 5 games grand finals

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (X360) - jill/shuma banned. (not all consoles will have required DLC, so i have made the decision to ban these characters unfortunately.)

Mortal Kombat (PS3) - BYOC - wireless controller ban in effect* DLC characters banned due to venue constraints.

*we may have a setup running with ONLY wireless controllers but this is still TBA until the event day, so bring your own controllers.

I’d like to note that presign up is mandatory. I want brackets to be setup before I even show up to the venue that morning, so if you intend on coming, throw your name in.

Sign up really doesn’t differentiate who will be playing what game either. Unless there is somewhere else we should note that?

I think the sign up thing might not work out, maybe you should just let guys come in and sign them in then.

It’s not a bad idea to sign up regardless just so you have an idea of how many people to expect.

People will be able to sign up at the door. If any saskatoon people are coming this will allow me to know to seperate them into brackets. I just want the brackets made for the most part and just have to add walk ups, rather then build the bracket in that moment. make sense?

Sure, but that’s more of “presign is recommended” than mandatory.
