[April 21, 2013] AE 2012 Tourney, Japan Arcade (Los Angeles, CA)

As some of you know Japan Arcade is currently holding 3S tournaments every Saturday. Starting next week we’ll be holding AE tourneys as well. If you live near the Los Angeles area please stop by to support your local arcade and get some tourney experience.

Parking is free inside the mall. Just make sure to get your ticket validated by one of the guys currently working in the arcade.

Is this going to be played on cabs or what system should i bring a stick for?

For this first tourney we are going to be running on the japanese cabinets (same way we run the 3S tourneys). I know some players like to bring their own sticks so I’m currently talking with the staff to know if it is ok to have setups next time.

Some of the matches were recorded and will probably be posted at Pikachuakuma (JR Rodriguez) youtube channel. For our next tourneys we’ll probably run on 360 setups for those who prefer to bring their own stick. I’ll keep this thread updated.
