Pools
-Round Robin Pools
Crew Battle
-Only those who DO NOT make it out of pools are eligible
-2 players will be chosen as captains
-Captains will snake draft 7 other players to their team making 2 teams of 8
-Each team starts out with 24 stocks (lives), 3 stocks per member
-Players from the opposing teams then take turns fighting in matches, 1 game loss = -1 stock
-Players continue playing until they are eliminated
-Players are eliminated after losing all 3 stocks
-After eliminating a member of the opposing team that player carries their remaining stock(s) to face the next member of the opposing team.
-Players may not change teams in the game.
-The first team to eliminate all members of the opposing team wins

-Double Elim.
Salty BKN RUNBACK
-This will be the first runback set.
-The pool/bracket match that was extremely close/hype will be chosen as the Salty BKN Runback and $50 (provided by EXP) will be put up on their FT5 set.

Food
There are several restaurants nearby including China Delight, Subway, Harold’s Chicken, Taco Burrito King. You may order food to the venue. Please be aware of how the tournament is progressing and leave for food at a time that does not delay the tournament otherwise you will risk being DQ’d.
General Rules
-Late signups end 15 min. before the first pools start.
-BYOC (Bring your own controller): Players are expected to bring their own controller/fightstick and be prepared for every tournament set. You risk being DQ’d if you are holding up the tournament by sharing a fightstick/pad/converter/headset with a friend
-You are responsible for your own belongings
-Coaching is allowed only between games, not during.
-Once your set is done PLAYERS MUST IMMEDIATELY REPORT the results to the TO staff.
-DQ Rule: Arriving too late for a match will result in a DQ. Player(s) will have 5 minutes to show up before a loss of the SET. TO staff will not leave the venue to go searching for you so please be aware of how the tournament is progressing. YOU WILL GET DQ’D IF YOU DON’T ARRIVE TO YOUR MATCH ON TIME.
MONEY MATCHES ARE NOT EXCUSABLE! IF YOU ARE MONEY MATCHING WHILE STILL IN BRACKET YOU WILL GET DQ’D!
Collusion of any kind with your competitors and/or sandbagging is considered forbidden. If the Tournament Director determines that any competitor is colluding to manipulate the results or intentionally underperforming, the collaborating players may be immediately disqualified. This determination is to be made at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director. Anyone disqualified in this manner forfeits all rights to any titles or prizes they might have otherwise earned for that tournament.
The TO reserves the right to deny payout from event winnings to any player suspected of intentionally throwing a match, splitting a payout, or committing any other form of bracket manipulation.
-Players may request that any texture, stage, or other hacks be disabled during a tournament set. If this is unable to be done, they may switch to a different setup if available.
-Players may NOT hold off their match in order to have it streamed/recorded unless first cleared with the TO staff.
- Accidentally pausing the game at any time during the fight may force you to forfeit the round
RULES
Ultra Street Fighter IV
• Game version: US Xbox 360
• Game Settings: Versus Mode, 99 Seconds, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, Edition Select=Off, No Handicap
• Winners Finals, Losers Finals, & Grand Finals will play 3/5 Matches.
• If the players do not agree on a stage within 15 seconds, the match will be random stage select.
• Winner may change ultra (only if opponent changes characters), but has to pick ultra first after loser picks character.
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
• Game version: US Xbox 360
• Game Settings: 99 Seconds, 3/5 Games, Default Handicap, Default Damage
• You may not use any glitch that prevents the game from being played. This includes game freezing, game resetting, player freezing, dead body infinites, etc.
• Winner must keep exact same team (including assists), but may switch order of assists via loading screen.
• Galactus is banned in tournament play.
• No multiple characters are allowed on the same team.
