Anywhere with SF4 action in Oakland?

So im wondering if theres anywhere with SF4 open to the public around the Oakland chinatown area? the reason is because im taking classes at Laney for summer and I get off class at 12 but i dont have anything to attend to until 3. Thats 3 hours of void in between.
So if you know of any, please do tell me bout it :wgrin:
