Anyway to download videos from this kind of site?

The videos are in flash but when I can find a link to the video and I throw the link into sites like downloadfromyoutube or something similar, I just get an error.

Is there anyway to download these kind of flash videos?

Get download helper extension for firefox.

what does that do? can it pull flv’s off of sites where they dont give the link away to the actual flv file?
