I searched and could find no thread on it soooo…

Yeah i’m not one for computer gaming (have console & Pi for that) but, a friend got me on with him recently and now i’m kinda hooked. It’s a 100.00% Free to play online beat’em up with only moderate computer requirements, and the online netcode is fantastic (super rare that i ever have lag issues). You can play against other players or the AI. Kinda reminds me of MVC2 the way there are so many characters, and so many ways to play. You’ve got Melee, ranged, Tank characters, support healers, Snipers, etc, etc. You can play any style you want.

And it’s not just smacking around the other players, every stage has these neat objectives to fight over that boost your team’s damage if you get them. Makes every stage pretty interesting. So neat! Did i mention such a badass game is free? I don’t know how they make any money off of it. I’ve never spent a dime and been consistently earning stuff.

Only gripe is no gamepad option. Gotta use mouse & keyboard so it’s awkward at first but, now it’s second nature for me. Also this is a very team-based game. So even if you’re playing well, if your team has no leadership or disorganized? Even great players will lose (no single player can carry a team by themselves). But you can make friends with players you know are good and on the same page, and you guys can start running games together. That’s the best way. An organized team that’s used to playing together is scarey.

That the way PC gaming goes.
Many PC games, especially those without a Console version don’t support game pads.
Also alot of point and click games don’t fare well with a game pad.

'cause i felt like it and i completely forgot about that videogame thread, because it has been hot trash for a while now. Also helps to bring more awareness to such a badass game. If there’s any online game deserving of it’s own thread? Heroes of the Storm is as worthy as any.
