Got that Merlin shit going on now. Finished the LED work with my friend last night. quick snaps. I promise better pictures soon after my test this week.
Wow!!! Very nice! Just wondering is this the JLF you used? If so do I need to buy wiring harnesses for mine? I’m using 2 PS360 PCB in my cab. Mine should be here any day now so I’m trying to figure out everything I still need to purchase as far as parts.

I got a deal when he was offering the pre-modded shafts with LED’s already pre-installed.
I don’t see the same ones listed so I would send him a e-mail to find out. I found him selling them on ebay…and just asked. Sure enough…he hooked me up with some sick ball tops. The original light blue ball tops were out of stock…so he sent me these super rare dark baby blue ball tops. I was kind of pissed at first…but then when they lit up…I was like damn…even better.
the one you linked to comes with shaft cover set but no 5pin harness. there is another one (Sanwa JLF-TP-8T Joystick) that has the 5pin harness but no shaft cover. you should probably just buy the one you linked as the harness is on sale for 2.50 as opposed to 2.95 for the shaft cover set.

You just made me start going through my house trying to sell stuff to try to afford one of these.
I only have a few more things to add to the cab before next weeks party…mostly minor stuff.
The craziest thing I am adding is a BUTTKICKER amp into the 2 player ottoman for that force feedback from the surround sound.
But overall…I started this project back in November…buying each piece one at a time…slowly building up the assets to the project until it all came together at the end.

I’ve had my Kraylix for about a month and have been itching to put up some pics. I finally** got my black plexi’s in from art, and am pretty happy with how it’s all turning out so far. I’m sure it will get some hate for being a TE panel, but I needed the utility of swapping out joystick 2 for a trackball. The only reason the 2p side isn’t lined up perfectly is because I still have the big rubber feet on it so I can remove it when necessary, Kray’s work is amazing. I think I’ll stick with the same scheme if I eventually get a 2p panel as well.
I need ideas for the movelist area and marquee. I feel like I’m kind of stuck with the black and white theme, so whatever will go with it well will do. Also, could someone tell me what kind of speakers they used? I’ve been to Wal-Mart and Best Buy and neither have car speakers small enough for the speaker holes.

I’m using the free hosting site and it expire every 14 days.
Most people would print them at kinko and use sticky vinyl or gloss photo like paper.
I printed my at a local sign shop and used sticky vinyl cost me $70. I had mine laminated that why it $70
otherwise it around $50.
