Anyboy suggest a good budget desoldering station?

Anyone have a good desoldering station for a budget suggestion? Trying to bump up my soldering game.

I bought this one recently, pretty happy with it

If you’re really on a budget just use a soldapullt

I trust Voultar’s judgement.
Guy spent thousands of soldering gear and he prefers a $50 station over a Hakko.

I said DEsoldering station. Like a desoldering gun or something. I saw that video and I’m getting that based off of Lord Voultar’s suggestion but he never really said anything about a desoldering gun.

Not that budget lol

Well it depends on if youre desoldering surface mount or through hole components.

I would be doing both.

These are popular cheap hot air stations

As for desoldering guns, these seem decent from what ive read

However,

Voultar recently twittered that hed work on a desoldering tools video so i would wait for that tbh

Thank you!

I recently bought one of the ZD-915 variants off eBay. Not exactly cheap, but does a great clean job & will save you a tonne of time.

Besides that, solder pumps kinda work, I never had much success, or desoldering wick.

Thank you. I’ll take a look at it

What are you desoldering? I’m curious (if you want to share). I used to desolder a lot of mechanical keyboard switches and did it with a good Edsyn iron and a Soldapult.

I just want to have it for console mods and refurbishing work.
