As of right now I am on poverty level so I havent book my room yet hopefully I can get a flight cheap (around 200 for round trip) if not gotta take the bus -_- but yeah hopefully I can find someone to stay with 
As of right now I have only myself and one buddy confirmed for my suite at Caesarās Palace. If I have nobody else locked prior to the last couple weeks, Iāll open it up to fellow forum members here, with the stipulation that you have the Evo 2012 banner on your forum account and that you can pay upon arrival. The other thing is that your split will be based on Thursday through Tuesday, whether you choose to stay that long or not. The room is costing me $1500 BEFORE tax, so Iām trying to mitigate as much of that as possible. Itās a huge room though. Priority to anyone that can bring a setup (360 or PS3, doesnāt matter along with a monitor). I think the suites in Octavius Tower are already ready to go for consoles because thatās what they told me when I asked directly. Still would like additional setups.
Some people have already messaged me in the past, but letās treat this as if Iām just offering now.
EDIT: OK, one of my friends is definitely not coming now, so thereās one spot open guaranteed. Possibly two.
Iāve been looking around hotels in the area that allow under 21s (Iāll be 2 months away from 21 when evo happens, hue.) and Iām probably going to book a room at the Vdara Hotel, not that far off from Caesarās.

Hello first sorry for my bad english, i am french .There is something strange , i try to book by the EVO2k link and i got for the augustus room from 07/03/2012 to 07/10/2012 for2000 $.And i go to the cesar place website, to see how good the evo rate are and i was surprised that the same room, same dates , on the Caesar place website are 1552$ tax included

And i guarantee you that its the same augustus tower room, so i book on caesar palace website.I felt that strange that the caesar rates are cheaper than the evo rates must be a mistake.But my room is already booked, got my E ticket confirmation .Maybe caesar didnt upgrade their rates yet .The rates are lower for all type of room, i dont know if its was a special promo day ,or if it was some website bug but i went for it.
The EVO rooms were all booked a few days ago, so the discount is no longer available. There are still lots of travel websites which provide a similar discount. I recommend Expedia.
no wonder, I just checked the rates and they are higher than I thought the SRK discount was for and I thought it was good til June 1st. I guess I snoozed and losed.

Who else is staying at the Imperial Palace? Almost everybody from my state (Arkansas) is staying there and I want to get some games in with people from other places too.
Iām planning on booking a room at Caeserās Palace for myself and a couple friends who are lucky I have a well paying job that can afford the room.

Well, as I always say, āit canāt be helped.ā Like I said, itās a good thing I have a well paying job, otherwise Iād never be able to afford going to Evo.
Tons of people go to Evo on a limited budget, and you donāt have to have a decent job or anything like that. You just have to plan well and hope everything falls into place when you set off. Simply put, $1000 put aside is more than enough for Evo with the right deals in place.
