I recommend you either go to the Online Outlet section to find players willing to help you (not likely), go to Regional Matchmaking to find local players in your area who will help you level up (Likely if you live in densely populated areas), or simply message people that you play online (fairly likely).
If its for SFxT just go to the Street fighter x tekken forums and join the Irc chat to find people. They know the most about this game.
Also before you post in different forums read which forum is for what because i saw you posted something for sfxt in the street fighter 4 section.
I’d move this to matchmaking for you, but you didn’t even post what platform you’re on.

Well there’s ANBU on PSN. So far they’re the only fighting game clan that I’m aware of asides from the professional ones like EG and MCZ.
