Check Trading Outlet or look for a modder. Generally, modders will dual mod your existing TE instead of having premodded ones for sale. But if you want one new, they’re generally not too hard to find. Sometimes they’ll be on ebay or something.

For something that comes out of the box working on the 360 and PS3, Paewang Revolution.

The Trading Outpost usually has a couple dual modded sticks floating around.

We also have modders willing to dual mod your stick for a price.
