It all depends on what he is doing. There is no button that really outclasses his options at all times as most of his normals out range yours or can CC you. I mean you can try using st hk to CC his scissor kick or f+hp if you have a good read, but if you mistime it well he wins. After f+hp a cr lp somtimes works to stop his pressure but will trade or sometimes lose if incorrectly spaced/timed. If mid range st mp or st hp can sometimes beat out his st mp/cr mp or F+hp but again it’s risky and based on timing.
