Break’n is Kuma’s best anti air as long as you aren’t extremely close to the opponent.
if they jump at you with an attack the armor will eat it and knock them far away, so you can recover that tiny bit of grey health while they try to catch up with you.
if they jump at you empty, without an attack you still knock them out of the air.
its always a win-win.
truth of the matter is, when they are already on top of you there isn’t much you can do but to try and defend the cross.ups. all kuma’s AA are to work against jump.ins, but is they’re already on top of you, it’s hard to make somethin happen. lately i let them try to cross me up, defend and then alpha counter whatever ground move. btw, if you try to alpha counter jump.ins, be careful cause it tends to miss to…
after that, I do agree that FB and Hp>Mp are is best AA, followed by break’n (it’s not the best cause you do need time to set it, while the other two on reaction are much most viable)
