Anti Air options?

Is guy literally the only character with no viable anti air?

People’s best strategy against me early on seems to be picking a mishima or someone with a ton of active frames on their jump attack and using it to get in. Fierce Hurricane Kick is not quick enough and has no air invincibility to beat it, and usually it trades at best.

Hozanto into air through is going to get beat out by the time you get up, and jumping and trying to air throw usually gets me air to aired. The only normal I can remotely see that has any sort of upward ark would be his standing round house.

Guy players, help me out here. What do you do when your opponent wont stop jumping at you?

ex tatsu is normaly the answer but try distance yourself from them to try to punish thier jump in with run mix up or that throw move (sorry don’t know the move). instint air grab also work wonder. just try to buffer the command in the ground then press up up/forward.

crouching mp beats almost everything (including Mishimas jumpins)

you have cr mp far heavy kick heavy tatsu some times and if the miss a cross up light punch to a combo

Crouch medium punch has been Guys go-to Anti-air in every game he’s ever been in, including the Alpha series. Why they are nerfing it in Ultra Street Fighter 4 is beyond me…
