I hope the animation isn’t as bad as it was in the 2nd season. The directing also felt like it was a lot worse, though maybe that was just me.
Netflix is working on an anime witcher movie. There better be some anime tiddies in this.
netflix sniffs any sorta popularity and they dump the money into it for 2 seasons lmfao
Not an anime, it’s by studio Mir. But yeah might be pretty good
Thoughts on Cannon Busters?
Big fan of LeSean. If you wanna nostalgia trip of toonami circa 2001-06 it’s wonderful. If you want a wholly original 100% show this may not be it. It suffers a bit because it’s based on an idea from 2001/02. I don’t think he changed his original idea at all. This has been his dream project a real anime animated from a big anime studio. Dude literally worked in Japan/Korea on animation stuff to get the connects so I respect him so much for grinding this hard for a dream.
With that said, I think people should support it for the fact Netflix Def took a risk. If they can get a good enough support we may see more original. American ideas funneled through anime studios. I wanna see more merger of worlds.
I know I’m a legit LeSean fan boy. He’s been an inspiration to me since I was in hs drawing on the forums he has with Joe Madeira and peeps. But I think gave an unbiased view
I’ll give it a watch. The first episode was pretty solid, so I’ll keep running with it. I wanted to see if it was worth the time. It’s a really unique idea based on the character makeup and design.
It was mad boring.
My new favorite Stand…
I try to give a show 4 eps. After that I put it down. If you have an 8 episode season, and everything supposedly clicks on ep 6, you are wasting my time.
Did you watch The Witcher?
Not yet. I got too much content to work through right now.
It’s a good problem to have.
For sure.
Catching of on Diamond of the Ace. Eijun Sawamura is probably the best sports shonen protagonist since Sakuragi Hanamichi graced the pages of Slam Dunk.
Haikyuu might be my favorite sports shonen series over all but Eijun Sawamura is easily my favorite protagonist
