I feel that the villain is too smart for the type of guy he’s suppose to be. I find his motivation to create a lord of the flies type society because some dude beat his ass over seashells dumb af.

I love the villain, but that IS kinda flimsy. Im hoping they expand a little more later on. One ass whoopin can’t be all it took for him to wanna wipe out adults.

There has to be more to him than what we’ve gotten so far.

Is he trying to get rid of boomers? Cause if he’s trying to get rid of boomers he’s the actual hero of the story, imo.

In his view, because he was beaten by an adult and sees how adults are corrupt and have tainted the world with their science/pointless wars, he essentially wants to “reboot” earth with nothing but children and animals

i just remembered those other reasons lol so I take back what I said about his motivation being flimsy

Well, he also wants a society he controls based on his physical prowess basically. Definitely not a hero in any sense

Getting rid of the boomers would be nice if he didn’t want to regress society into being primitive so he can maintain his power. He can be the strongest as long as no one invents a gun.

Tsukasa definitely has a point tho, only a matter of when til the wars and shit start back up if the main character frees everyone from stone. Ofcourse the same could still happen with the kids if left unchecked

I mean, even as a joke you realize you’re being iffy on a dictator right? lol

The flaw in Tsukasa logic is that society needs to be rebuild for any of that to even happen. It would take a few generations for that shit to be a real problem.

I mean, the same thing WILL happen eventaully because psychopaths and people who desire power don’t just suddenly appear as 50 year olds.

That in itself is the joke.

I have no actually idea what Dr. Stone is or what it’s about.

He’ll eventually have to off himself once he gets old anyway. Its Peterpan x Tarzan rolled up into a bad guy, because the series decided it needs a bad guy and this weak shit was the best they could come up with.

It would’ve been fine if it stayed a minecraft / civilisation simulator show. Not every show needs this good guy bad guy dynamic.

Don’t forget it’s running in Jump, it’s not that simple. The stories without a main conflict, whether “romantic” or fighting or whatever else don’t exactly last long. Unless it’s comedy.

I think the villain came too early. I would have seen further development in society before we got a bad guy.

The production on Cop Craft is very inconsistent. The animation took a shit in the fight scenes against the vampire in the subway in episode 5

I just finished watching both seasons of the New Baki anime on netflix. Pretty awesome, although it did have it’s share of disappointments.

Regarding the 5 “Legendary” Convicts…
Maybe Speck set the bar too high early in the series but, he was the only truly intimidating and badass of the five that was WORTHY of the hype. Even Baki said when he first met Speck that he reminded him of his dad, Yojiro Hanma. It’s all about Speck!

The other 4 were nowhere near as impressive. Old man Dorian came the closest and 2nd to Speck. The other 3 were Push-overs by comparison. Sikorsky was a bitch and only dominate against weak opponents. Doyle started off really cool and impressed me with his sheer balls to attempt to assassinate Oliver 1-on-1 but, he soon became a bitch like Sikorsky. And “The Void”, Ryuukou Yanagi, was all just fluff.

Another point to Speck’s credit, is he was the only one not to break down like a bitch and beg for his life upon defeat. Speck was a crazy asshole and went down fighting with confidence to the bitter end. Speck also inflicted the most damage upon the other guy. I realize in that particular anime world there’s medical ‘fixes’ for everything but, realistically, even though Hayonama won that fight? There’s no way he’d be able to fight in top form EVER again. Not with his kneecaps blasted to hell, half his face blown off, brain damage, etc.
Speck deserves his own series. lol.

Its always been jank. I mean they try to cover it up with style which i give em props for but you can tell they’re struggling. This is the same studio that gave u cgi berserk and lived off teekyuu for god knows how long btw lol

Boliceman is really the only thing i look forward to in this show now tbh lol
