One of the shows I’ve been watching this season is Majo no Tabitabi which is basically Kino’s Journey except with a witch instead of a girl with a gun. While Majo is OK I think the lack of a talking motorcycle really works against it as too much internal monologue from the protagonist kills the pacing.
Man…I’m hurt.
He voiced Miroku from Inuyasha…and Goku in Ocean dub DBZ.

They finally pull the trigger on this, good for the Crunchyroll/Otter folk I hope, they won’t be subject to any more of AT&T cost cutting because they fucked up and over spent the last decade plus on Direct TV.

Wonder how it plays into the HBO max deal
Probably means down the line some of the anime they got will leave it. AT&T is all about trying to get out of the massive debt they bought themselves into, so unless they cut a nice deal with Sony, they probably won’t want to pay extra for series they don’t own. And I don’t know what anime is doing that well on HBO Max alone due to their dubs also being on CR/VRV.

I sort of wish they would announce how they are going to combine the two but I get for both a practical sense and financial it doesn’t make sense for them to rush incorporating the two libraries or streaming services.
