Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai
Iām kind of on the fence on this one. I mean, on one hand, I do enjoy watching violence against women, especially when its perpetrated by other womenā¦it also has some top talent voice actingā¦howeverā¦it is censoredā¦which is a HUGE blow to the show. I mean, Iād definitely watch the blu raysā¦but that wonāt be for a whileā¦hmmmā¦Plot is absurd, but there are a lot of crotch shots. I dunnoā¦tough decision. Skimpy outfits and suplexes are some of my favorite things in anime.
Its shows like this that convince me voice actresses must be paid poorly. Kana Asumi was voted the top seiyuu not too long ago. Now sheās voicing an idol in a skimpy outfit getting beaten up. The fact my beloved Azunyan is the main character both saddens and arouses me.

Iām not sure if the cuteness of a shrine maiden is enough to counter the furryness of the fox. Iām probably not going to watch the rest of the series because the first episode felt like enough. Like, in itself, it was sort of a complete story arc. They laughed, they cried, got mad, made up, helped some people and everything worked out in the end. Got some back story in there too⦠Why do I want to keep watching the show?
As dumb as this page has gotten I at times do wish media would have more variety in protagonists. This isnāt just and anime thing but also applies to video games, movies, TV shows, pretty much anything. There are plenty of times where I see a work that has the standard young white male protagonist and Iām like, man they just took the easy route.
Granted, I know why it happens. Studios want the biggest return on investment so why not go with the sure bet; appeal to the common denominator.
some animes I like, like fate stay night the main character is japanese, same with Baki and the main character from bio booster guyver . As for some other animes were the main character is a female like Mai hime is pretty good also. Japan mostly doesnt care about black people, or mexican or any race besides asian and white.
