I think Reina is the spy. He kinda resembles the armoured titan, miraculously escaped that grip of death unhurt, exposed himself to the female Titan (which i think is Annie) despite discussing with Jean and Armin earlier to keep their hoods on to hide themselves, and not to mention that as soon he engaged the female Titan, she immediately started approaching Eren (i.e he tipped her off during the ‘fight’)

Continues on after the very end of the original series showing you what happens next (it was teased but never shown) and how things actually built up to that point. I’ll admit, I was hella confused while watching this OVA cause I forgot so much of the original series already lol
Things to refresh on that will help before watching (mainly the ending events of the series):
[details=Spoiler]Yuki and Yuno are the only ones left in the game. Yuno has invaded the 3rd world and is attempting to complete her loop again (her first loop being the 2nd world, which is what we saw in the series) while Yuki is stuck in an imaginary perfect world put there by Yuno. In this world his parents are still alive but Yuno doesn’t exist. He breaks free of the illusion and confronts Yuno, they both share a moment and Yuki gets chosen as Deux’s replacement to be God in the 2nd world, which has pretty much gone to shit already.
Interference from the 2nd world just so happens to coincidentally change the 3rd world for better. None of the messed up shit ever happens to the diary owners and they all live their lives happily ever after (without being jaded and driven to madness even before the survival game had even begun) and the survival game gets called off too. The events of the OVA then continue on in this peaceful 3rd world. [/details]
This is true, accelerator is the biggest lolicon of them all in that series.
