Watching Fate/Kaleid kinda makes me disappointed it’s something semi-serious instead of the nonstop gags that Carnival Phantasm was. Really makes me want more Carnival Phantasm. Kara no Kyoukai and Fate/Zero casts need to get in on that already!

I would say like maybe 10-20% of the show is singing. There isn’t any type of “idol” stuff. Like singing is actually a plot point where to activate their “symphogear” (basically armor) they need to sing to activate their the crystal which most use. And they sing when they fight for most fights. It’s not overbearing or annoying though. Like the first maybe 1-2 episodes it may seem weird or foreign to see their mouths move while they fight but you get used to it. And it isn’t as much as you think it is.
