The Kenshin mangas are pretty fun, and you get to read the author’s various insights on it, like why he makes characters look like his favorite Marvel heroes/villains.

Ichipoo, overall I’d have to say Busou Renkin is a much better manga from Watsuki though.

im really loving gundam:unicorn but not for the story. i really like japanese character designs from the 70’s and 80’s, the story isnt special…same old gundam plot. pacificst using violence to end all war. im going to have to try and track down an art book for this series if it’s out.

Kelly was just as big of an asshole and dumbass like everyone else. The only character that really kind of hits that home is Cima, well she would if they had decided not to cut out her backstory and relgate it to radio dramas.

As fucked up as the show is, I was strangely fond of it’s universe/reality. Felt a little bummed after it was all over because I wanted to see more things in that universe.
Only thing I liked about the main character was her english voice. I like that type of female voice, but the actress had little range. 
+1 for subs purists (fags) out there.

A good dub is a good dub regardless of language. I didn’t even bother with the English VA though cause i love Mamiki Noto’s voice lol
Also, if you liked the OP/ED theme you should DEFINITELY check that band out. “All for One, One for All” is an amazing album by that group, Galneryus.
Since Hanasaku Iroha is coming to a close, how do you guys think it’ll end? I’m not entirely sure if the OP foreshadows anything, but it most certainly could foreshadow Ohana leaving the Inn to go back to living with her mother. Also, given the last episode and Ohana’s dream about Kou (and even his appearence in the OP), I wonder if their relationship isn’t quite over just yet…

Watched the first two eps of this dragon something show. Some kid and his family were going into space. Pops is the pilot of the spaceship. Shortly after lift off, space ship goes boom and everyone dies except the kid. Some time later, he hooks up with some pink haired broad.
Not sure what to think of this show. Mad boring so far. Might drop it and move on to something more interesting.

I think you’re talking about Dragonaut. Aside from the huge ass titties, I’d say the show doesn’t have a lot to it. I think I dropped it after a couple episodes.
Dragonaut is horrible. drop it before wasting any more time on it.
