Hey guys. Sorry I haven’t been around for awhile. I’ve been taking a slight break from fighting games, I guess. Once finals are over, I’ll prob be playing a lot more. We should all get some xbl sessions going in december. lol
[LEFT]It’s cool, no bigs. Things got real hectic for most of us when Thanksgiving hit, I think that’s when shit gets real for most of us still in school. Surely we’ll get some XBL in over break and then start meetups again in the new year. I still really want to get a full-blown tournament in by the end of the school year if we can organize it.
I just got some games of UMVC3 with Paul in, GGs to him. I think I’ve got a team I like in Haggar, Hawkeye, Ghost Rider, I just need to learn it and get better. That Strider, Mag, Skrull team is sick though.[/LEFT]

I’m still around, Paul, still grinding it out in Marvel and still pretty damn bad at it. lol. But yeah, I’m still playing. I dunno about David though, I haven’t talked to him since we got back.
There’s pretty much no excuse at this point, I just haven’t been working to get people together. I still see Mike about once a week (though we’ve been playing other games lately) and I’ve talked to a local guy I met on another forum named Jeremy who plays and added him on Facebook, we’re keeping in touch and I can probably get him to play.
Right on, well If nothing else we should keep the matches going on Live, I’ll try to help you out anyway I can. You can also feel free to come to my apt to play, im pretty much always around, but we live downtown now.

Hey guys, I live like a block away from Ball State and would like to get something started. I’ve got a comfortable apartment, 42" plasma, xbox 360, and currently own UMVC3 and Mortal Kombat, though I’m really down for playing/hosting any fighting games. I run a pub trivia business that only keeps me busy Monday and Thursday nights from 7 to 10 (it’s the game at Cleo’s), leaving me a retarded amount of free time to host free-to-play and tournament format get-togethers. Not only would I love to have a few people over to get in some good matches, but I’d be totally down hosting weekly or monthly tournaments. [EDIT] My current setup includes a PS-360 model Hitbox controller, so it will work with pc, ps3, and 360. Also, I’d be happy to give rides to anyone living on Ball State or within a few blocks of campus. Otherwise, my place is about a 15-minute walk.
Finally received my Hitbox (http://www.hitboxarcade.com/) so my setup now includes more than a basic 360 controller. It’s taking some getting used to, but it should be awesome once I get used to it.
I live next to a college campus; surely there are some fighting game fans in the area…

I’m participating in the Testyourmight.com MLG Dallas Tournament so all of my attention is currently on MK9. When I lose that I might switch over to UMVC3 is that’s what people are playing.

Hey Brian (and anyone else who’s looking to get involved in Muncie meet-ups), when we do put stuff together it’s usually through the Muncie FGC group on Facebook, just easier to get stuff coordinated on there. I’m one of the admins of that group (name’s Marc), and we usually end up having games at Nannie’s place, though due to school and other commitments for most of the guys meetups can be inconsistent.
