It’s not even alright within law for a police officer to use that kind of physical force (I understand that it is not much physical force) on someone who poses no threat (which should be obvious she looks harmless…) regardless of their crime.

Wut? Alright, I’ll use a better example. The same girl does the same thing, downloads a game. The cops catch her, and go to her house. Do they beat her ass with a belt? Fuck no. They’d probably just say “don’t do it again!” maybe fine her but probably not considering she’s only 16.
Why should the dad be allowed to beat her with a belt? To be honest I don’t really see anything wrong with hitting her with a belt. But fathers shouldn’t be allowed to do anything an officer of the law is not allowed to do.
