AMP Up Customs: Now taking orders. TE2, MCZ SE, FS Pro, and Hori FE

No. My lexan goes under the bezel. You can feel the bezel under your wrists but its super unnoticeable. I did it that way because I didn’t want to use screws to hold it in place. The bezel does it for me. Its really not much of a bump but its not exactly flush either.

Got it, thanks. I’ll have a new panel to submit your way once I finalize the layout. It’ll be another hitbox, but I’m currently overhauling it into something a bit more refined. Will be for a TE2.

Awesome. Looking forward to it. Thanks!

Got my panel yesterday and I have to say, I love the work put into it. The panel is very smooth and fits snug in the case. I especially like the universal joystick mount for when I don’t want to use a Korean stick. If I ever need something like this again, I know where to go!

I’d go for that vlx panel. Can I get a panel that is powder coated white? I know you talked about powder coating before.

I like the spacing between the joystick and buttons. Id like the button layout to be a 6 button vewlix and Id want the start button back.

You have email, sir.

Thank you everybody for all the support, kind words, and business. Its been a fantastic year and im looking forward to some new projects in 2015. At this time. I’m not taking any orders till the second week of January. I’m in the process of finishing off some major projects and spending time with family over the holiday. I will announce here once I’m back up and running. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks again and I wish everyone a safe and Happy New Year.

B-boy Tekken
AMP Up Customs.

Hey B-boy, it’s been almost two months since I’ve sent my last pm. Could you please get back to me so we can move forward on that order; thanks.

so you make custom sticks? so whats the average price?

hey bud i PMd u a while back with no response.

Hi fellas. Sorry about the MIA on my end. Getting everything caught up over here on my end. Had to move headquarters and its been hell. Please forgive me. I will respond to all PMS and requests tonight. Thank you all for your patience.

Once you give the go-ahead, I have a couple more panels to add to my order. Should ultimately have an order of 3-4 to send your way.

No worries; it was a doozie.

All PMs have been replied.

@extravagant‌ details coming soon.

I need a custom stick that universally works for all consoles. would that be possible?

that includes PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox360, Xbox One, and PC?

Not sure if its possible but I can sure try. It won’t be easy nor cheap. You just need a case that can hold all those PCBs.

I’m now back and ready to take on more orders. Thanks.

***** Major announcement *****

We will no longer be offering lexan as our covers for art work. We will now offer plexiglass. Prices will stay the same.

Lexan
Lexan is a brand name for a polycarbonate sheet of plastic. This plastic sheeting is durable, heat resistant, and so impact resistant that some “bulletproof” glass is made of Lexan. It comes in a variety of thicknesses, though the thicker the sheet, the more durable (and expensive) Lexan tends to be.

Plexiglas
Plexiglas is also a brand name, but it is not polycarbonate. Plexiglas is made of acrylic. It is scratch resistant rather than impact resistant, but it’s quite durable and comes in a variety of shades and hues. Plexiglas is also available in a variety of thicknesses and can be easily formed to the needs of a buyer.

They will now also be laser cut. Etching soon to follow.

Thank you.

Is it possible to get a replacement panel for a brawlstick (same as SE?) using a hitbox layout?

Just a thought…

Now as a preface, excuse my naivety as I do not know much of anything at all about the process… but my idea is if one were to have the entire plexi area that it is hiddenl/mounted under the bezel of TE2 etched, would that in turn create the routered edge effect that is the stock Madcatz plexi/lexan?

@ChaoticMonk‌ - yes. It is possible to do the brawl SE stick but you will need to cut out some of the housing in the case. In this pic. Anything inside the blue area is free space. Anything outside is the plastic housing.

@Antonio-o-o‌ - good question. I don’t think it will. The stock plexi from Madcatz is machined down. Etching is like drawing a picture onto the plastic. Hope that helps. Pm coming soon to you.
