It’s almost like broken.
I can’t consistently do the Amp Combo motion, without doing the shockwave.
The input is too lenient.
Even the slight back, down-back, up-back, will change the Amp Combo into Shockwave.
They need to fix this.
I can do it consistently. You just do something like 1236 to do your qcf motion and the game understand that as 41236 (shockwave) because of the shortcuts. Just learn to do 236, not 1236 and it will work.
I agree. It is broken in my opinion. I keep getting shockwaves instead of Rekka. I dont think Capcom put much care into Cole tbh. & why we cant use him in Arcade mode shall remain a mystery to me.
Well they did not give a story for Cole, which they’d need if you used him as a point character. I guess they could have locked him as a point character and allowed him as a secondary, but eh.
