I read a profile on Ryan yesterday and it was interesting. Apparently he’s all about lifting up the poor and according to this community leader has visitied more poor black neighborhoods than the members of the Black caucus.
But then he sells all of that out to become anlapdog for the wealthy and corporations. So at best, Ryan is a sellout.
Which is to the point. No matter which “conservative” gets the vote. The left will use emotions to attack them. Make a demon out of them and then wonder why no one wants to work with them.
Only someone who’s accustomed to getting shit on like Trump has the backbone to deal with it.
Wonder if they use the 25th ammendment to get rid of Drumpf
People who live in America really need to stop using the word “Democracy” — especially when describing America or its system of government.
Using the word “Democracy” is a disgrace and goes against everything America stands for and was founded upon.

The play here is that Trump clearly lets Manafort know that Trump has Manafort’s back: just say nothing, and if you get convicted I’ll pardon you. It’s super sleazy, and another reminder of why “drain the swamp” was a meaningless phrase meant to delude fools. This is why Mueller set stuff up to also be looked into by state agencies. Trump can’t pardon that.

MSM and the lefts actions and opinions of every GOP candidate for the POTUS for the last what 40 years have made it so that only someone like Trump stands a chance. But I’m curious, who was the last GOP nominee for president that the lot of you didn’t believe was an evil person? That he was a sell out? Inherently stupid. It definitely wasn’t Trump, or Romney, McCain, Bush.
Was it Bob Dole? H.W. Bush? Do we need to go back before Nixon?
Even Nixon and Reagan did things that empowered the middle/working class. Nixon was paranoid and that wound up being his downfall, and while I wouldn’t say he was necessarily a great guy, I think his heart was in the right place.
Reagan also did a few things that were good for the middle class even if most of his policies were tailored towards the wealthy.
Trump on the other hand is pretty much an empty suit and is pretty transparent. He isn’t interested in helping anyone but himself and his buddies and has no qualms about using people to do whatever it is he wants to do.
The problem with a lot of the more recent republican presidents, Bush I notwithstanding, is that they’ve all pretty much been puppets of the people around them. Reagan, Bush II, and Trump are/were all political novices who had/have to rely on people around them who are likely pretty unscrupulous to give them the information they needed.
