Obviously, a person who can do something like this is a psychopath however this âoh mental health needs awarenessâ garbage has got to stop.
For many years/decades school shootings in the USA are nearly everyday and you only see this frequently in this country. We lead everybody by a hundred miles. America isnât the only country with crazy people so why are you guys going all hands down on âmental health awarenessâ?
Are americans the only ones with this rare mental illness that results to mass shootings? Other countries with no gun control and even a high poverty rate donât have these types of events pop up like the USA. You really think mental illness is the only reason here or something we should just shift the blame so we can save the reputation of our favorite toys (guns). The real problem is the environment and culture: America. Take a look at Japan, it has a severe number of people with mental health but you donât see them shooting up kids⌠they end up committing suicide.
America has always taught/influenced itâs citizens to commit war, love guns, commit terrorism, ignore all morals and do/say whatever the fuck we want because our feelings/actions/opinions are all free and relative. In short, Americanâs are complete war freaks. You have that + mental illness + access to power to unleash it (guns). So the best thing to do is just ban the power (guns) because a crazy guy without a fire arm is easier for people to jump compared to a guy with gunâŚ
When we have republican senators and congressman going on cnn/msnbc saying the only way to enact change is to flip the seats blue because the nra has bought off most of the gop is what is telling.

I went to a school with metal detectors and police always parked out front. We had gangs and drug dealers in the school, but i never feared for my life because i knew cops were outside and we had a ton of security guards in this school
Whether it is going to school or going to an outdoor concert we are not safe

Hood schools already have metal detectors and police. It seems shitty, but at least you know SOMETHING is done. Although that was to deter gang like violence, not disenfranchised youths. Could help though.
