Thankfully they make sure to select the best and brightest, not just cronies willing to lie for them.
In all seriousness I know I am quick to bash our 45th President Donald John Trump for all the crap he does but today I will stop in honor of Veterans day and share these pics of hit at Arlington Cemetery today honoring our dead soldiers as they really are special and shows just how great a leader he is.

“Veterans are finally going to be able to get the health and educational benefits they signed up for on a timely basis” doesn’t sound as sexy as “Were ordering more tanks, bombs, planes, & guns!” and doesn’t perk up the military industrial economy the same way. My gf’s mother had to call her congresswoman to get the payout she was owed by the VA and only got it once said congresswoman intervened. She’d been trying to get the money for months before that. The VA is so necessary but it doesn’t seem like the government is as interested in taking care of the soldiers after they’re done with them, and seeing how the guys that do tours get treated, it’s amazing that anyone still signs up.
Yea thats the problem, you’e not supposed to be doing something just because it sounds sexy.
Voters care about that kind of shit. Politics is all marketing when you get down to brass tacks.
